It's been 40 years since Jon Voight has played a recurring character on a television series and he is ready to go back as Jack Bauer's nemesis on Fox's hit drama "24". The character will be introduced during the 2-hour prequel and will be featured heavily during the season's latter half. The prequel, which is currently being shot in South Africa, will premiere on November 23rd with the season 7 of the series starting in January.
